Cultivate spiritual maturity through life-long learning which involves commitment, challenge, and change.
All children age 3 to 5th grade who participate in Sunday School also are part of our Youth Choir. They sing occasionally at the 10:30 worship service and also for special 9:00 services.
Handbell Choir (St. Paul’s Pealers)
This versatile group of people practices on Tuesday evenings from 6:00 – 7:00pm under the direction of Carolyn Anderson.
You don’t have to read music to be in this group, you just need to be able to count.
The handbells add so much to our services with their lively ringing and dinging. There are representatives from high school all the way up in this fabulous group.
For more information, please call the church office at 847-662-2535 and leave a message in the Director of Music mailbox.
St. Paul’s Praise Band
The praise band plays for the 10:30 am worship service. Rehearsal is on Thursdays at 5:30pm.
St. Paul’s Praise Band got its start in 2004 and has been providing contemporary music leadership to the congregation since that time. Comprised of vocalists, a guitarist and a keyboardist, we would love to add another guitarist and/or drummer. Please speak with Colin Byers, Ellen Montgomery or contact the church office if you’d like to get involved.
The Sanctuary Choir sings for the 9:00 am worship service. They rehearse Tuesdays from 7:30 to 8:30pm and Sundays at 8:30am. Fellowship is a main ingredient of our choir. We welcome you to build friendships while praising God in song.
